DONATIONS

There are a number of different ways in which you can contribute to the project, if you are a small scale investor you can make a donation of any amount. Once the project is complete and the company is turning over millions you will at a minimum get your donation returned along with a token of our appreciation for supporting this project.

INVESTMENT

If you wish to see a return on your money you can make an investment. The minimum investment amount is $10 000. The way this will work is you tell us what amount you would like to invest and your desired return and depending on the amount invested we can negotiate a return that would suit both of us. Importantly you understand that this is an at risk investment and if for whatever reason this project fails your investment will be lost.

SHARES

Currently we are looking at upgrading the prototyping phase from a one man show to a team of people with a workshop space, tools and staff. This will take a more serious investment.

FRANCHISE

Currently CQ Energy PTY, LTD holds the worldwide license with the exception of the USA to produce and sell this technology. CQ Energy will begin the production and sales of the CQ units in South Africa.

However this should be a worldwide operation and we are going to need plenty of partners that we can trust to help with the manufacturing and production of these units across the entire world.

The way that this will work is you tell us which countries you wish to obtain the license for and depending on the region we will arrive at a franchisee fee which will be a minimum of $100 000. in addition to this CQ Energy will ask for a 10% share in your production company with the profits paid out on an annual basis. If this is not feasible for whatever reason a royalty fee per unit sold can also be arrived at. What you will receive in return are the blueprints for the production of the CQ all models from 5kW – 100kW on a rolling basis as the designs and blueprints become available and after thorough testing. You will receive patent protection as outlined in the patent section below and you will have access to all upgraded versions of the unit as they become available.
